Explore

Our studio classes each have their own approach, rhythm and purpose. We believe in the value of exploring these differences, learning from passionate teachers and finding a practice that speaks to you. Whether you’re new to yoga or have been practising for years, there’s always something new to discover.

Every class can be taken on its own. There’s no need to commit to a course, sign up for a membership or feel you have to come every week. Come when it works for you, try different teachers and styles, and find what feels right.

If you’d like to practise more regularly, we offer class passes for locals to make coming to the studio more affordable. These options are there to support your practice, not tie you into anything.

Iyengar

Precision, alignment and the intelligent use of props are at the heart of Iyengar Yoga. Postures are often held for longer, giving you time to understand the work, refine your alignment and develop strength and stability. Blocks, straps and the rope wall help make postures more accessible, supporting different bodies and levels of experience.

Graziella completed a six-year Iyengar Yoga teacher training and certification process. She continues to deepen her understanding of the method through ongoing study with Gloria Goldberg, Abhijata Iyengar, Namaz, Prashant Iyengar and Chantal Gomez. Her teaching is rooted in continued study, careful observation and a deeper understanding of the practice.

Iyengar Restorative Yoga

Iyengar Restorative uses the same attention to alignment through supported, passive postures. Props support the body so you can settle without having to hold yourself up through muscular effort.

A nervous system reset means giving your body a chance to move out of constant alertness and into a calmer state. Through supported postures, quiet breathing and stillness, restorative yoga can help reduce the physical signs of stress and encourage the body's natural rest-and-recovery response.

There is nothing to push or achieve. You can slow down, release unnecessary tension and allow your body and mind time to settle.

Hatha

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga brings together physical postures, breathing and focused attention. The pace is generally steady, giving you time to explore each posture, build strength and flexibility, and become more aware of how your body moves.

Classes can include standing poses, seated postures, balance and relaxation, creating a balance between effort and ease. Each teacher brings their own approach, so classes can vary in style and intensity.

Hatha is a good place to begin if you’re new to yoga, but it also offers plenty to explore if you’ve been practising for years. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. Come as you are, take your time and discover what the practice can offer you. Slower and more traditional in shape, working through postures with attention to breath. Andrea’s training runs through biomechanics, somatics and pain science alongside a 300-hour and a 200-hour certification, and she also teaches Yin and Qi Gong.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Flow links movement with breath, moving from one posture to the next in a continuous sequence. Rather than holding each pose for a long time, the practice builds a rhythm, creating a moving meditation that brings together strength, flexibility, balance and concentration.

Classes can be energising and dynamic, with sequences that warm the body, challenge coordination and encourage you to stay present. Each teacher has their own style, so the pace and intensity can vary.

You don’t need to get every movement right. The aim is to find your rhythm, connect with your breath and enjoy moving. Whether you’re building confidence or developing an established practice, Flow offers space to explore, move and discover something new.

What to bring

Ask when you message. Whether mats are provided is the single most common first-visit question and the honest answer is that this page will not guess at it. It is one line in a WhatsApp reply.

Come in something you can move in. The studio is air conditioned, so you will not be practising in the heat.

If yoga is not what you are after

The studio also runs Pilates and barre, dance, and children’s dance and ballet. The full timetable has everything on one page.
